On behalf of the ownership of One Boston Place and CB Richard Ellis/New England, we are excited to announce our plans to modernize and substantially reinvigorate the street level appearance of One Boston Place.
Note the following building improvements in the photos below:
· The existing granite facade will be replaced with a transparent and reflective glass facade that will be more consistent with the recent lobby improvement and is more befitting of a financial landmark such as One Boston Place.
· A revised plaza design will incorporate improved security features, utilizing stairs, bollards and planters to provide controlled access to the building site.
· A dramatic new lighting scheme will highlight new plaza benches, stonework and landscaping, while the new plaza design will incorporate a more environmentally friendly design.
